Strategy & Organisation

We strongly believe that organisational development must be based on strategic initiatives – and not on the sympathies or antipathies of certain strong members of the organisation. The external realities must set the frame for the internal reality.

The strategy should be the common aim for every one in the company and should be founded on strong values. A new strategy does not imply that the previous one was wrong or bad. Rather it is an expression of a company that is continuously reflecting on its surroundings.

A strategy identifies what is important, why it is important, and what is not/no longer important.

We help organisations to develop and implement strategies, and we help during organisational development processes that often arise as a consequence of new strategic actions.

When an organisation prioritises strategy processes, the experience is most often that a lot of new energy is released for the benefit of both employees and the bottom line.
