We strongly believe that organisational development must be based on strategic initiatives – and not on the sympathies or antipathies of certain strong members of the organisation. The external realities must set the frame for the internal reality.
The strategy should be the common aim for every one in the company and should be founded on strong values. A new strategy does not imply that the previous one was wrong or bad. Rather it is an expression of a company that is continuously reflecting on its surroundings.
A strategy identifies what is important, why it is important, and what is not/no longer important.
